Music therapy helps to regulate our nursery-aged children by providing a structured, sensory-rich environment that releases feel-good hormones like dopamine and serotonin to reduce anxiety. It supports speech and language by using rhythm and melody—the building blocks of communication—to strengthen neural pathways used for both music and speech.
