An amazing sensory circuit with Miss MC Guigan this morning using a rocking horse and star jumps to alert the body followed by stepping stones and a puzzle to promote balance, motor planning, coordination and cognitive skills ending with a weighted blanket, sensory music and lights to provide deep pressure, visual input and auditory stimulation to help regulate the nervous system and prepare for learning. 😊
