Mindfulness with Mini & Mind Explorers NI

Today in our mindfulness session with Casey from Mini Mind Explorers we worked on regulating our emotions with the breathing ball, Peppa pig helped us learn how to calm our busy bodies and we had a look in the star mirror and had a think about who we love and who loves us. Happy friyay. 🥰🤩
