Loose Part Letters
23rd Mar 2026
Great fun making loose parts letters outdoors this morning using a range of natural materials. Conan loves the alphabet and enjoyed making the letters in sequence. Charlotte was excited because she found her “mummy’s name, my mummy is Paula”, she was also delighted to find “an O, that’s in my name Charlotte. Evie found a letter (v) and said “I know that one, it is in my name, Evie”. Emme thought it was great to find two letters from her name and identified the letters “E” & “M”. Emilee said to Emme “My name begins with E too just like yours”. Ayla enjoyed making the letter shapes with wooden ladybirds. The girls loved the shells and were observed holding them to their ears to “hear the ocean”. Fabulous fun in nursery. 😀
